Shipping Policies: 

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE. I fulfill Monday & Thursday. 

I am unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. 

Return Policies: 

I want you to love your products as much as I do! If you are not satisfied please follow the instructions below or for additional questions, please contact hello@hairbykaylee.com. 

I will gladly offer you a replacement or refund on any eligible merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email hello@hairbykaylee.com to request a return authorization. You will need to include your order number, email associated with the order and reason request return. 

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable and will be labeled final sale.
